Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Praly mobile apps and related services. By using Praly, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Praly provides reflective, AI-assisted astrology companionship based on birth details you enter. Content is for personal exploration and entertainment. It is not professional advice of any kind (including medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice) and does not guarantee outcomes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Praly. If you use Praly on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have permission to provide their birth details.
Accounts and guests
You may begin as a guest. Connecting Google or Apple is optional and associates your saved story with that identity for recovery. You are responsible for activity under your session or linked account.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features (Praly Plus) are sold through Apple App Store and/or Google Play and may be managed by RevenueCat. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the store before renewal. Annual plans are billed for the full year upfront. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund requests follow the store’s process and applicable law. Deleting the app or your Praly account does not cancel a subscription. Free complimentary responses do not create an obligation to subscribe. Unless a store product expressly includes a trial, Praly does not offer a separate free trial membership.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use Praly to harass others or to seek certainty about harm, violence, or illegal acts.
- Do not reverse engineer the service except where local law forbids this restriction.
Intellectual property
Praly’s branding, UI, and software are owned by Praly or its licensors. You retain rights to the personal content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service.
Third-party services
Praly relies on third parties (for example AI providers, LocationIQ for city search, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google). Their terms may also apply to the portions they provide.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Astrology interpretations can be wrong or incomplete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praly and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for Praly Plus in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
Termination
You may stop using Praly and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product, with notice when practical.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.
